Introducing Vincent “Vince” Greene. Years ago this economics major stumbled into an HR position and hasn’t looked back.After growing his experience with other employers, in 2018 Vince became a Clinical Recruiter at Advanced RPO. Vince is laid back, never sweating the small things, yet very attentive and persistent in his work. In his spare time, Vince, his 3-year old son, and his grandfather enjoy restoring classic cars and spending time together.

What’s wonderful about working for Advanced RPO & why would someone want to work here?
At Advanced RPO I have an established camaraderie with my colleagues in which we are all driven to succeed by meeting and achieving client and candidate expectations.
What do you enjoy about recruiting? What drew you to this field?
Recruiting allows me the opportunity to challenge myself, network, and create new relationships. I was attracted to this field by my interest in Human Resources.
What do you think makes an exceptional RPO recruiter?
It’s the ability to navigate through challenges and situations. Curve balls arise, so a recruiter has to be able to manage their time and follow through with expectations.
How do you see the recruitment marketplace changing right now? What do you think is one of the most important trends in recruiting?
There has been a lot of recent outsourcing of recruitment for U.S. based positions to other countries.
What advice do you have for anyone who is looking for a new job?
Make sure that your cover letter/CV and LinkedIn profile are up-to-date. Additionally, try to network and market yourself within the field that you would like to pursue.
