CHICAGO, IL – NOVEMBER 16, 2017 – Advanced Resources, a talent acquisition and human capital solutions firm, announced Ray Dinglasan recently joined the leadership team as Director of their Workforce Business Solutions practice. The practice will provide best-in-class strategic workforce solutions to the middle market including Vendor Management System (VMS), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and business intelligence solutions.
Mr. Dinglasan joins Advanced Resources with nearly two decades of experience building and incentivizing top-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals and records for sales and profitability in intensely competitive markets. His career has been spent at CareerBuilder where he has held a number of senior-level management roles in sales, most recently as Vice President of Sales, CareerBuilder Employment Solutions. During Mr. Dinglasan’s time at CareerBuilder, his achievements have included being instrumental in growing CareerBuilder into a $560M global leader in human capital solutions, being a key member of the executive team in the evolution to a new product offering, increasing revenue from $7.2M to $35M in Partner Sales, segmenting sales into two divisions and generating an additional $4.5M in new sales, expanding the Small Business Unit and achieving annual sales of $12M while working a book of 240K+ accounts, and building the first inside sales team.
Mr. Dinglasan holds a degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
